Shipping Policy
Our goal is to provide you with the very best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness, service, and support to you at all times.
The time frame for an orders delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Order processing usually takes about 3-6 business days for ALL ORDERS, even if expedited shipping is used.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the customers destination. Delivery for FREE SHIPPING can take anywhere from 4-12 business days to arrive after processing time. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout. Expedited shipping takes from 3-5 business days after order processing.
Shipping Delays:
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frames, we cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. We do not refund orders or expedited shipping fees for delayed shipments. We will work with USPS or FedEx to monitor your order but delayed shipments are unfortunately out of our control.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping and order information correctly before submitting it - we typically cannot update an order within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you are attempting to update your address, please contact us at support@customizablelove.co as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Customizable Love will always provide you with a tracking number. Customizable Love is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once delivered. If the shipping carrier that was used to deliver your package confirms that your order was delivered and placed in a specific spot, Customizable Love has completed their end of service. If a package is lost or stolen, you will have to open up a case with the local carrier. We can provide you the information of the local carrier and your tracking number to open up a case.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Please note that if an inaccurate address has been provided and not brought to our attention prior to delivery, Customizable Love will not be held accountable and the order will still be shipped to the address provided. Customizable Love will not provide refunds for wrong information that is submitted on the customers behalf.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
For international orders, any customs, duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local authority and are not controlled by Customizable Love. We recommend checking with your local country's customs office for more information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or other issues, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
