Due to the customization of each item, we do not offer returns.
We typically do not accept returns as all orders are custom and final sale. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, then we can certainly provide a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please provide your order number and a photo or video of the damage or if it is defective. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photos may be slightly different from actual items in terms of color due to the lighting or the monitor's display.
*Shipping fees are non refundable for any returned or refunded order
Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
